Weather conditions: Subject to favorable weather conditions. If a tour is canceled due to bad weather, you will be given the option to reschedule for an alternative date or receive a full refund.

Minimum number of passengers: Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if the required minimum number of passengers is not met. In that case, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Direct cancellation policy:
▪️ If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
▪️ If you cancel between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled departure, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
▪️ If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Bookings through other platforms: If the booking was made through another platform (for example, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, etc.), the cancellation policies and terms of that platform will apply.
