Excellent from start to finish!

Great experience with friendly crew!

Absolutely recommend
WOW! Just phenomenal experience. First off we got lost driving up from Tulum and when we found it the boat had left, but they turned around and got us. That right there just deserves 5 stars alone, but Raul the driver played great music and was so friendly. Ellie was an amazing bartender and made delicious drinks. We had some people on the boat who were really entitled about the experience and rude but they both handled it with graciousness and professionalism by staying positive and polite. Die Bootstour war spitze! Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit unserem Captain und Tourguide Miguel und Carlos. Man sieht die beliebtesten Spots des Sees und hat ausreichend Zeit darin zu schwimmen und Fotos zu machen. Fun from start to finish
A very entertaining and relaxing afternoon with 2 joyful guides. Miguel and Raoul were serious about safety and protecting the environment (i.e. no drinks outside the boat, other tours allowed this) but were also well explaining the different spots and very encouraging with the drinks. The group of a total of 15 was very mixed, which added to fun. The highlight was definitely the fruit platter being served in the water, perfectly prepared and decorated on a SUP board. A great way to enjoy Bacalar
We had the boat and our sweet Captain Raoul to ourselves. They could have cancelled I suppose but Raoul took just the two of us and was a fun knowledgeable guide and attentive bartender. It was great to get out on the Laguna and see the other side, the birds on Isla de Pájaros, including a Roseate Spoonbill, and the Cenote Negro. Great music, swimming and sunset. Best lagoon trip in Bacular
An excellent 4 hour boat trip that captures all the sights of the lagoon with time allocated at each to enjoy. Tour en bateau dans un endroit paradisiaque !

We had a great time with Miguel and Raoul ! highly recommended for friends but also family. We discovered the lagoon, the cenotes , etc. Everything was amazing and beautiful .
